Setting-Up Emir Airlines: A Scheduled-Charter Operation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – 2010-2013: Developing and establishing a chartered airline company under Part 121 “Supplemental” regulations of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) to concentrate on aircraft charter and lease operations, cargo, Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage, and packaged tour projects to and from KSA.  Have developed a unique business plan that has met the approval of GACA, recruited all staff, organized and negotiated aircraft lease, and commissioned all systems. The license is expected to be secured in late 2013.      

Setting-Up  APNAR Technologies JLT, Dubai, UAE – 2010: Setting up a Free-Zone company, including writing the business plan, to trade in  IT hardware and software services with businesses in UAEand overseas, including Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia. 

Setting-Up Emir Aviation Services International Company (FZC) in UAE – 2009: Developed the business plan and implemented steps to set-up chartered flights operations for transporting Hajj pilgrims from several countries to KSA, as well as leasing and chartering aircrafts and cargo operation.  

Setting-Up  APTI, a certified Microsoft Training Institute and international testing centre in Afghanistan – 2007: Developed the Business Model for establishing the first and the only Microsoft Certified Training Institute and international testing center in Afghanistan, including securing approvals by all relevant international testing agencies as well as recruiting international certified instructors.

Setting-Up Hotel Management Services (HMS) Company to Lease and Manage a Five-Star Hotel and Catering Facility in Afghanistan – 2006: Developed the business plan and organized the set-up including recruitment of all staff and commissioning all systems for HMS Ltd in Afghanistan.
